  • Ally Wolfe

    Pilates Instructor

Ally received her Pilates Certification at Concentric Studio in Los Angeles in 2002. Her training is based on the Ron Fletcher Method. The Fletcher Method approach includes exercises that are “dance based” and provides freedom for creativity. Ally combines proper breathing technique in a variety of exercises – including standing work using the Springboard - to develop core and body strength, stability, balance, spinal alignment, and total body awareness. Ally helps clients recognize their perceived limitations, and works to inspire people to change old habits and create wellness in their lives. Her compassion for others is not only innate, but comes from a place of personal experience. She knows first-hand that Pilates can help people reclaim life! With a background in dance, and a BFA she brings sensibility and amusement to her work. Ally believes that great changes can made with a sense of humor. Her motto: “Work hard – laugh always!” .

  • Allie Fry

    Pilates Instructor

Allie fell in love with Reformer-based Pilates while she was preparing for her wedding. Pilates provided her with the long lean muscles and increased strength and flexibility she was looking for. When the opportunity presented itself to become an instructor, she was eager to share her passion for Pilates with others. She earned her Pilates certification through Club Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training Program. She strives to provide her clients with innovative, fun and challenging workouts each time they attend her class all with a smile on her face!

  • Suzannah Fletcher

    Pilates Instructor

In 2017, following two car accidents, a bicycle accident and in an effort to find a reliable method to help her regain, retrain and restore her body to a better functioning state, Suzannah joined Club Pilates Matthews. Her Pilates practice subsequently became a critical part of her healing regimen. With consistent Pilates workouts, she could feel her muscle-memory kicking back in, her body strengthening, her flexibility and balance returning and her entire body correcting itself. The healing that her regular practice engendered inspired her to want to share her experience with others so she decided to enter the Club Pilates Teacher Training program. She became a Certified Pilates Instructor in February 2019 and teaches for Club Pilates in Matthews, Huntersville and Fort Mill Studios. For thirty-two years, Suzannah was actively employed in Integrative Health Care facilities as a General Manager and Certified Chiropractic Assistant during which time she explored and practiced various therapies including Applied Kinesiology, Iridology, Colonic Therapy, Trigger-Point Therapy and Massage Therapy. She is also a Certified Barre Above Instructor. Never having feared stepping outside of the box, she also owned and operated a local restaurant in Charlotte for seven years. She continues to work as an Executive Personal Assistant for two clients and manages vacation rental properties in the Bahamas and Myrtle Beach. During her down time she enjoys spending time with her family, her dog and friends. Her love of reading gives her joy in the quiet times but she’ll also rock it out at a great music concert as often as possible!

  • Niia Bishop

    Pilates Instructor

Niia Bishop began her investigation of movement at age 5 as a dancer. She won a scholarship to the Alvin Ailey School of Dance, where she studied ballet, modern, African and jazz until a knee injury benched her at age 16. She began dancing again while in college, taking classes at Mt. Holyoke and Smith Colleges while earning her bachelors at Amherst College. Though able to participate in sports like rugby and equestrian, her knee injury from high school continued to plague her. Niia danced professionally in companies in Massachusetts and New York before deciding to attend the University of Michigan to pursue a PhD in Comparative Literature. She began practicing pilates in her home with Windsor Pilates DVDs. She found the results so profound that she began a certification in mat and machine Pilates in 2007 at The Fitness Guru in Brooklyn, New York. In 2009, with the both of her son Reza, she created a mommy and me Pilates class called Mamilates, which she calls "a cross between Gymboree and Windsor Pilates." She taught this class in NYC, Long Island, and Buffalo. Niia became a part of the Club Pilates family a year ago by attending her teacher training program on scholarship from her host institution. She spent the past year as an instructor in both South Providence, NC and Lexington, SC, and she has taught several weekend “guest” classes in Huntersville , NC. She is very excited to join the Club Pilates Fort Mill team. She hopes to bring her decade of Pilates experience to help clients achieve their physical goals. She LOVES her Pilates Pinterest page and encourages you to follow her there to deepen your understanding of Pilates. https://www.pinterest.com/bishopspilatespage/ Follow her on Instagram— she may post a cool pic of you working out or giving a testimonial! https://www.instagram.com/niia.bishop/ She also has a Facebook page: https://m.facebook.com/Niias-Pilates-Page-1854682377909704/
